Description: Job Overview: The HR Specialist is responsible for managing various HR functions, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and supporting the overall HR strategy. This role involves recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, training, performance management, and ensuring a positive work environment. Key Responsibilities: Recruitment & Staffing: Manage the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and onboarding new employees. Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employee concerns, ensuring a positive and productive workplace. Training & Development: Assist in identifying training needs and organizing employee development programs. Performance Management: Support the performance evaluation process, including conducting appraisals and offering guidance on improvement plans. Compliance & Policies: Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies, providing guidance on HR issues and regulations. Compensation & Benefits: Assist in administering compensation, benefits, and payroll-related matters. Key Skills: Strong knowledge of HR practices and employment laws. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle sensitive issues with discretion. Organizational and problem-solving skills. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 1-2 years of experience in HR or a similar role.
